LEARN HAOS COMBAT

The following list provides a general overview of HAOS training. All techniques are taught with a resisting partner, void of cooperation, and maintain an extremely high level of realism. Students are exposed to supervised full-contact sparring that includes stand-up, clinch and ground fighting as well as the use of melee weapons.  All categories follow HAOS parameters and take into account scanning protocols, observation procedures and numerous other strategies and tactics necessary for combat. Training respects the students’ individual physical and mental capabilities and allows them to advance at their own pace. Classes often take place in a variety of environments and consistently work to develop physical and mental hardness in students. Our arduous training regiments have contributed greatly to our students’ success and have gained recognition in numerous martial arts circles.

FITNESS - NUTRITION - PSYCHOLOGY

A student’s physical conditioning, eating habits and mental state reinforce the strong foundation required for HAOS. We optimize performance by targeting the combative framework and improving multiple components of athletic skill such as strength, endurance, agility, speed, mobility, functionality, power, balance, stability, coordination and flexibility. Our nutritional coaching gives students the necessary tools to function at their highest aptitude, get accurate dietary knowledge and boost energy levels. HAOS enhances psychological prowess by conditioning a strong mindset that neutralizes negative internal dialogue through specialized meditation techniques. This holistic approach provides a high quality, professional and complete training in martial arts that is customized based on who you are as an individual and what works for you.

INDIVIDUALS

TEENS - ADULTS - SENIORS

HAOS empowers people from all walks of life with realistic and effective martial arts training. We educate students on the dangers of violence through preventative strategies, environmental awareness, verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with physical and psychological threats. HAOS training increases self-esteem, self-confidence, focus, drive, self-respect, discipline, determination, coordination, flexibility and fitness. Students learn to believe in themselves as they cultivate the fighting spirit necessary to deal with intimidation, physical violence and their own mental conflict.

PROFESSIONALS

IN THE WORKPLACE

HAOS offers custom seminars to the educational, transportation, health and corporate sectors where teachers, drivers, nurses, doctors, dentists, executives and other working professionals might encounter violence at work. HAOS martial arts training provides the tools that will help develop conflict management, appropriate body language, leadership, interpersonal communication, problem solving, assertiveness, creative thinking, self-efficacy and teamwork. HAOS helps people fight against burnout, aggression and stress by educating them against violence in a fun, dynamic and safe setting.

GOVERNMENTAL

SECURITY - LAW ENFORCEMENT - MILITARY

HAOS offers advanced martial arts training to governmental units, law enforcement agencies, bodyguards, correctional officers, air marshals, security personnel and military members. Our techniques are taught in a minimal amount of time in order to meet operational requirements and are simple, effective and direct. HAOS combative conditioning involves stress training and aggressive scenarios that involve modern weapons. We help candidates improve mental toughness, understand proper use of force, develop decision making skills and prioritize teamwork when necessary.

APPRENTICESHIP

CANDIDATES MUST BE 13+

HAOS offers apprenticeship to students committed to learning the very nature of combat and its relationship to the physical, mental and spiritual structures. Becoming an apprentice is a vocation rather than a hobby and requires a great deal of patience, time and dedication. Candidates must be prepared to train daily in HAOS, attend private seminars, train in public classes, instruct sessions when ready, and work extensively with the head instructor. This service is free, but the student's motivations are of utmost importance.
