LEARN HAOS COMBAT
The following list provides a general overview of HAOS training. All techniques are taught with a resisting partner, void of cooperation, and maintain an extremely high level of realism. Students are exposed to supervised full-contact sparring that includes stand-up, clinch and ground fighting as well as the use of melee weapons. All categories follow HAOS parameters and take into account scanning protocols, observation procedures and numerous other strategies and tactics necessary for combat. Training respects the students’ individual physical and mental capabilities and allows them to advance at their own pace. Classes often take place in a variety of environments and consistently work to develop physical and mental hardness in students. Our arduous training regiments have contributed greatly to our students’ success and have gained recognition in numerous martial arts circles.
FITNESS - NUTRITION - PSYCHOLOGY
A student’s physical conditioning, eating habits and mental state reinforce the strong foundation required for HAOS. We optimize performance by targeting the combative framework and improving multiple components of athletic skill such as strength, endurance, agility, speed, mobility, functionality, power, balance, stability, coordination and flexibility. Our nutritional coaching gives students the necessary tools to function at their highest aptitude, get accurate dietary knowledge and boost energy levels. HAOS enhances psychological prowess by conditioning a strong mindset that neutralizes negative internal dialogue through specialized meditation techniques. This holistic approach provides a high quality, professional and complete training in martial arts that is customized based on who you are as an individual and what works for you.
